‘Always a smile never a frown, when Matthew is around.'
Our Warehouse Manager Matthew has been bringing smiles to our faces since he joined the 7 North team in Carlisle in 2020. He wears many hats (not just sunglasses), from managing our 'picking and packing' processes for direct orders, to handling some of our customer service calls. Promoted to Warehouse Manager in 2023, he's the one making sure our warehouse operations run smoothly day in and day out. Oh, and he's a certified First Aider too (is there anything Matthew can't do?).
Beyond the warehouse walls, Matthew has a buzzing social calendar and is permanently booked and busy with exciting things. Despite his packed schedule, you can always count on him to be up for a laugh or a good old pub quiz after work.
Matthew is our office’s resident conversationalist, so just pull up a pew and he will be (more than) happy to talk about the latest boxset/movie, or quite literally anything. Every office needs a Matthew to liven up the workplace on a dreary Monday morning!
Favourite Product? Sunglasses! A perfect match for his love of holidays and fun-packed (cocktail-fuelled) exotic trips.
Best part about working at 7 North? It's just a great company to work for! The bosses are great and I feel appreciated, like I really matter. I like how it's such a close knit team.
