Now that we've wrapped up the first month of 2024 (how quickly did that go?!) and the initial madness of the new year has settled down, it's the perfect time to hit pause and reflect on the journey we had as a Cumbrian business and employer in 2023.
It was a year packed to the brim with newness (products and faces!), collaboration, growth, recruitment, and of course, a healthy dose of 7 North fun.
